ABOUT OUR PRINTS:

All images are photographed and edited by Melbourne based photographer Julian Lallo.

All of our images are printed with a white boarder on the highest quality, 240gsm matte paper - a premium paper stock that is thicker than your standard poster print. Please note that given the white boarder the image will be printed slightly smaller to fit the selected paper size.

Prints can also be purchased either unframed or framed in a selection of styles that arrive ready to hang on your wall. 

Our prints both framed and unframed are made to order in Australia in a variety of sizes and styles options.

FRAMING:

Our framed prints are assembled in Melbourne, Australia. The frames are made from plantation grown, environmentally sustainable timber with the highest grade of durable acrylic glazing, engineered to offer the highest optical clarity, whilst being lightweight and safe to handle and hang without any risk of breaking.  Frames are available in either a smooth matte white, smooth matte black or a natural timber colour.

Our frames are a premium, contemporary box-styled frame, measuring 2cm wide on the face and 3cm deep against the wall. All frames are ready to hang.

Please allow up to 3mm variance on dimensions as these products are hand-made.

PRODUCTION & SHIPPING: 

All print pricing includes FREE shipping within Australia!

We currently do not ship internationally via website checkout - please contact us via email if you wish to order a print outside of Australia.

All our orders are produced and shipped from Melbourne. Please allow up to 1 week for your order to be produced, then allow additional time for shipping to you depending on your location.

Shipping times to most major Australia metropolitan cities is less than a week and up to 1-2 weeks more for regional and remote locations. Please allow more time during peak seasonal periods such as Black Friday and Christmas. 

Unframed prints are carefully hand rolled into an environmentally friendly recycled brown kraft paper to protect the printed surface from rubbing and scuffing during shipping. They are then shipped in 3mm heavy-duty cardboard tubes to minimise chances of crushing.

Framed prints are shipped in environmentally friendly, heavy-duty cardboard boxes are made in a variety of different size options to suit different frames, with premium 8mm thick twin wall corrugate and are specially designed to withstand rigorous handling during shipping.

All packaging materials used are 100% environmentally friendly and recyclable and our air pillow plastic insert is used at a minimal level.

RETURNS: 

As each print is made to order, we are not able to accept returns or offer a refund due to change of mind.

If there is any damage or defects please notify us within three days of delivery - send an image of the issue along with your order number & name to contact@julianlallo.com and once assesed we will replace the print at no cost to you.

Please ensure that the shipping address is correct in your order as we are not able to reship or refund any lost items due to incorrect details.
