When Sicilian born Giorgio Linguanti migrated to Australia in 2004, he not only didn't speak a word of English, but had no idea that he would find a love for cheese making and eventually start his own successful business.
A year after arriving in Australia, Giorgio got a job in a cheese factory where he got his first taste of cheesemaking and found the passion that would lead him to start his own business 'That's Amore Cheese'. Fast forward to 2018 and 'That's Amore' is celebrating ten years in business!
So when I was asked to capture Giorgio, my one time; boss, business partner and long time friend, as a celebration of ten years in business I was honoured and excited to see what we could create.
